So slow in drive thru. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes at window I am told by an extremely rude manager he is trying to get people to come in to work. So I guess I was supposed to sit there along with 12 other cars until someone decides to show up. Rude service and the place is absolutely filthy. Avoid at all costs.

Microwave burgers not charred broiled.
Always cold when you eat them. Seems to me like a easy fix.
gave up on BK long time. I do wish them good luck.

The manger is terrible. The drive takes over 30 minutes to get through. Stay away!!!!!
