My company just open here in town. I called to place an oder for three staff members. The man that took the order didn't know what an Antipasto salad was. Right there I should have know this wasn't going to be good. And it wasn't. When the order was picked up we were treated rudely. Shame on you. We will just throw your menu away. And when are clients ask where should they go for lunch. Oh well. Customer service is very important

Just discovered this place the other day. Very happy to know that there is great pizza in Belleville. Plan pie is great - but try the buffalo chicken.

I never had any problems with their service but their pizzas are the best in the area. I like NYC style pies and their gravy is best tasting I've had in the area.

I cannot rate their food, as I did not stay around to taste it after their staff's awful behavior.

I took my sister out to eat last night and we stopped
at Roberto's' Pizza. My sister(she by the way is 76
years old) has a fractured leg and uses a walker. After helping her out of the car and into the restaurant, I seated her and waited for a waitress
to approach our table. Since there did not seem to
be any I walked to the counter and asked for coffee. The young man behind the counter did not
look at me but only said NO. He then asked another
older man about making coffee and he said NO.
He said if you want Tea I'll make it and I said NO..my sister only drinks coffee. No reasons, No
I'm sorry we don't make coffee 4:30pm .....NO EXPLANATIONS..............................NOTHING ! ! !
I then proceeded to get my sister ready to leave and 3 or 4 people behind the counter stood there and watched us leave. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEIR INCONSIDERATE
BEHAVIOR.
