During my first visit to Panchito's in Paterson, NJ, I experienced exceptional service from Chris and was impressed by the delicious, juicy Pollo a la Brasa. The restaurant has been around since the 90s and despite its busy location, the food and friendly atmosphere make it a worthwhile choice for anyone craving great roasted chicken and crispy fries.
