I found the hotel to be surprisingly nice, with reasonable prices and a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and the location near PENN Station in downtown Newark was convenient. However, my only issue was with the shuttle driver who was sleeping in the shuttle and ended up dropping us off at the wrong terminal, causing us to be late for our flight.
