I had a disappointing experience at this establishment and feel compelled to share my feedback. The lady working at the counter was extremely unpleasant and lacked basic manners. We placed a sizable order and were provided with a large tray, for which we had to put down a $50 deposit. When I went to pick up the order, I politely asked for two small disposable trays, as I intended to transfer any leftovers from their tray to the disposables and return the store tray as agreed upon.

However, the lady refused to provide me with the disposable trays, despite my explanation of the situation. I requested to speak with the manager, but she claimed he was busy, and I didn't want to cause a scene, considering it was an engagement party and time was limited.

To add to the frustration, the cash register stopped working, and when the owner or manager finally arrived, I had to argue with him to get just one disposable tray instead of the two I had initially asked for. I was even forced to inquire about nearby dollar stores to purchase additional trays. It was disheartening to spend over $250 on our order and be denied such a simple request, especially when it would have cost them just a couple of dollars.

I strongly believe that the lady at the counter is not suited for customer service and should be assigned to other tasks within the establishment. Her lack of manners and unfriendly demeanor made the overall experience deeply unsatisfying. I hope this feedback serves as a valuable suggestion for improvement, as it's crucial for businesses to maintain a courteous and customer-friendly environment to retain loyal patrons.
