For over 20 years, this restaurant has maintained its excellence with wonderful owners who genuinely care about their customers. I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the Spicy Shrimp chow mein, which was fantastic, and their sugar donuts took me back to my childhood memories in Great Britain. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and the staff is always friendly, making this my go-to choice for Chinese takeout in Toms River.
