After enjoying some excellent pizza in Paterson, Adam Ginnotti, Dave Cavaliere, and I stopped by Guernsey Crest Ice Cream Co. for dessert, where I had a Pistachio-Cashew cone that was rich, creamy, and generously portioned. Despite its modest, weathered exterior, this long-standing family-run shop offers a wide variety of homemade flavors with a nostalgic charm, and the ice cream's quality and taste consistently impress.
