I went in and ordered a tuna sandwick on a multi-grain bagel to go. I went out and took one bite...it was horrible. The bagel was stale. I could tap the bottom and it sounded hard. I went back in and was told that they had been baked in the am. It was close to 2pm and that bagel must have sat under the hot lights for hours. Never again, never at this location. They made no effort to correct the problem.
