My wife insisted we drive all the way from Manchester, NH to try the cookies, and the oatmeal raisin cookie alone was worth the trip-crispy on the bottom with a soft, flavorful center and just the right balance of raisins and oats. While the ice cream sandwiches had great ingredients, the cookies were often too hard to enjoy them properly, so next time I'll stick to grabbing a few cookies and maybe a scoop of ice cream separately for the best experience.

Drive down to Cookie Monstah from Manchester, NH and treat yourself to their amazing cookies and ice cream sandwiches. The Oatmeal Raisin cookie was a standout with its crispy bottom, soft body, and perfect balance of raisins and oats, while the Brookie and Chocolate Chip cookies were equally delicious.
