I have such fond memories of Shiki - the Hibachi dishes were consistently delicious, the drinks were legendary, and the staff, especially Suzie, made the experience unforgettable. The bartenders at the Union location were truly the best in the world, creating an ambiance and quality of service that I have yet to find elsewhere. Whether it was for birthdays, celebrations, or just a night out, Shiki always provided the perfect combination of flavors, atmosphere, and service that kept me coming back time and time again.
