I took my mother out there for her birthday dinner Saturday February 29th 2015. I was seated by the owner but was unaware at that time who he was. They seated us right by the kitchen door and register. We place our appetizer order and waited very patiently. After an hour and realizing that other tables who were seated way after us had food already I asked our waiter about our apps. He said it would be right out. (We ordered the sampler) it did come right out except it was served to another table! Who began to pick at it until they realized it wasn't what they had ordered. The waiter realized it was ours and tried to serve us the picked on appetizers! When we told him they had picked at it he said he would make a fresh one and that it would be out in 10 minutes! After another 35 minutes our main courses came out and still no apps! At this point I ask to speak to a manager.Lowe and behold the owner comes to the table and it's the same man who sat us and had been coming in and out the kitchen passing by our foodless table for the past hour and 45 minutes! He then tried to blame the wait on us for ordering a fresh order of the apps and not taking the one that was eaten by the other table! He was snarky and very rude with no clue on how to treat a customer! My mother's birthday dinner was ruined and we went home to order pizza as it was late and we were very upset at the service and treatment! Wouldn't step a four back at that place even if you payed me!
