Their Mongolian Beef and General Tso's chicken stand out, and I appreciate the option to customize spiciness levels. I have no idea what restaurant the other reviewers ordered from, but my experience with Bergen Dragon was simply horrible. The beef in my beef and broccoli had the taste and consistency of week-old cold cuts from ShopRite. The chicken in another order was almost entirely fat and gristle,so rubbery, in fact, that the dish was inedible. The rice in both dishes was so salty our dog tried a mouthful and promptly walked off. The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten; never again.

My husband and I live in Rutherford and we always order from Bergen Dragon. They make the best wonton soup and they give you a lot of wontons. Their food is very good and their portions are generous. They are always able to customize an order (like brown rice instead of white, white sauce on the side.) Food is always ready in 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant for good Chinese takeout! Mary and Bob from Rutherford
