I have never been so dissatisfied. I placed the order this night around 7:45pm for DINNER. I called about 45 minutes later to check on the time and was told the arrival time would be 10:05pm???? What kind of universe does that kind of time make sense on? My husband ended up having to go pick up the food, when he had other things to do, so my mother and I could eat dinner due to the fact that she has a medical condition and CANNOT eat that late. We have had nothing but issues with pizza hut lately and especially the Saddle Brook location. When we called to check we were told that someone was supposed to start and called out, someone never showed up and a driver got into an accident. We were told the SAME excuse the last time our food arrived freezing cold. I think we deserve to be sent something for this crazy crap we have been having to go through because it's a bunch of excuses and my husband should not have had to go pick it up.

The food, was also cold. There was something hard in one of the wings so we ended up throwing them out, and also I ordered stuffed crust with the garlic on the pizza and it was just stuffed crust. There was barely any sausage on it, and it was just a terrible experience. If this isn't rectified in a great way, we will NO longer be customers. Also their corporate office sucks and hasn't done anything to rectify.

If I could I WOULD give them a big zero, ordered at 6:00 on phone, they said 25 minutes and I just waited 40 minutes when I got there which makes it a total of 65 minutes. After waiting all this time they screwed up my order big time. I should have read the reviews before going here. NEVER AGAIN.
