I heard good things about this cute spot, and I was so excited to visit. When I stopped by on Tuesday, October 3rd at 1:33pm and ordered a black coffee with a shot of cream, I was given a drink with waay to much cream. It looked like milk, so I kindly asked if I could have them make the drink again, with just a light shot of cream and I was treated with disrespect and mocked by an employee when they re-served my coffee. She was wearing a bandana and with an attitude looked at me and said "just a dash?, achoo" while she poured cream and again Said "achoo, like this?" as she poured in a bit more of cream mocking how she did not enjoy having to make me another cup. I was uncomfortable with the entire interaction and will certainly not be coming back. That was super unprofessional and I wasn't even rude when asking for a cup of coffee with a shot of cream the correct way I had asked for it. If that is how Imperial Moto Cafe operates when serving a customer on a slow hour of the day, I can imagine when it's busy. That girl with the bandana on was very rude and definitely created an unwelcoming atmosphere for a first time customer. I get better service at Starbucks.
