Recently 2 Classic Cafe restaurants opened at our building complex in Paramus, NJ, and I must tell you it is an absolute joy. Not only is the food Chef's quality, meaning it definitely tastes good, butvthe presentation, the atmosphere, and professionalism of your chefs, Edgar and George, make eating in your establishment a pure culinary pleasure. My co- workers are delighted with all that you have presented and I hope to enjoy your services for many years to come.
