I discovered an amazing Dominican eatery that serves fantastic mangu, and it was bustling with customers at 6:30 am. The atmosphere is casual, with only a few stools available for dining in, making it primarily a to-go spot. The prices are excellent, with a large portion of mangu costing just $6, and I appreciate that they make fresh tostones as well.
