I visited Lupe's last weekend with a group of 5 and we were seated at a cozy table near the window. The area where we sat was quite cold due to the lack of heating, but the rest of the restaurant seemed well heated. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed delicious food, particularly the quesadilla, while the owner was also present and engaging with the guests.
