Every visit to this family-owned sushi restaurant in North Jersey leaves me impressed by the freshness and flavor of every dish, especially the spicy tuna, salmon, Duke roll, and yellowtail. The chef, Mr. Yong, is incredibly talented and welcoming, making each experience feel personal and memorable, while the attentive service adds to the enjoyment.
