We stopped in for lunch on a rainy day., the table was wet so i asked the waitress for towels to dry it. She came out with towels handed them to me, instead of wiping it. Out of 3 meals we were happy with 1. The spinach in my salad was old, it looked like they just pulled it out of the bag, stems still on. The other was pastrami sandwich, it had soggy bread and a few things left out. We said something to the waitress, she said sorry and walked away. We paid the bill and told the cashier and he didn't care either. We are not difficult diners but the service and food were not very good. Would not go back or recommend this place for food. Maybe their ice cream is the top seller.

Nagle's employs a manager by the name of Bill who is a major -ssh-l-. He actually told our party to leave - twice - because we had additional people join our group. He was so pissed that we would bring in more business that he copped a major attitude toward our party. Among his many rude comments and gestures, he asked "Let's make this simple - do you want to eat here?" He also tried to explain to us "how restaurants work," and was arguing with us from the beginning - no way to treat paying customers. I've never been asked to leave a restaurant before and probably never will again. We ended up staying just by ignoring him - our server was fine and very helpful once the manager let him do his job. This guy Bill is bad for business and should be fired immediately. On a side note, he has a problem with petting all of the dogs that walk past the store, but then continues to serve ice cream without washing his hands.
