During my time in Jersey, I developed a deep appreciation for the unique twist Koreans put on Chinese cuisine, especially the incredible jajangmyun. The fried dumplings are absolutely divine, and the mesmerizing sight of the chef making fresh noodles adds to the experience. Their black bean noodles are a must-try, and the attention to detail in packaging takeout ensures that everything arrives fresh and flavorful, making me eager to return for more.
