I think that doctor needs a doctor, himself. We happened to think the food and the wait staff are superb. Sam, the owner, caters to all of your needs. Kudos to Teri, Julie, Joe, Naldo and the rest of the staff at Kan Zaman.

Do not come here. I took my family here just to try something new (we often try new places with new cuisine) but everything about this place was just wrong from the beginning: the waitress took 15 minutes to sit us down (though there were only 2 other couples dining and no one else waiting in line-- she was on the cell phone the whole time). Food was very bland and not what I expected (I have had mediterranean many times in NYC before). The worst was this blond woman who said she's the assistant manager and tried to "resolve" the situation as she started yelling at the waitress and then procedeed to tell me how busy she is, so I just have to enjoy what is in front of me. I paid, left a tip, and left the restaurant. I will never be coming here again, and my friends will definitely hear about this experience as well. This place is not recommended.
