The service is very good and the staff is vet friendly. The food is top notch and the appetizer are good as well. Would 100% recommend

Do not eat here if you're a vegetarian. For context, ramen is one of my favorite dishes and as a vegetarian, I'm used to there being mistakes with my order. It happens. I was very excited when I saw there were several options on the menu listed as vegetarian. When I got my order it had seafood in it. When I told the server I ordered the vegetarian version, I was told that was the vegetarian version. I understand this is a common misconception, like I said. Not a big deal to me. I send it back to be remade. During this time another customer came in asking if they had any non-pork broths. He was told the only other broths were chicken and seafood... So that tells me that there's a good chance "vegetarian" dishes are coming with a pork base. This is extremely misleading to a Western market, especially when you consider since people's religions prevent them from eating such stocks. When my ramen comes back out I realize that it isn't the spicy version I had ordered. It was absolutely bland as though the vegetables had been stir fried and water added. Absolutely no seasoning, not even msg. Just a small serving of noodles buried under a massive heap of onions and cabbage. I have traveled a lot and eaten a lot of amazing and okay ramen before, but this is by far one of the worst dishes I have had. It's such a disappointment that Ramen Azuma was replaced by Batten.

Always a great place for some authentic Ramen. The staff are always friendly and the service is always great. Highly recommended.
