I stayed in a very comfortable room in a great location with friendly staff at the front desk. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Michelle took good care of us during our stay. I especially enjoyed the view from my room in autumn, catching a glimpse of the New York skyline. The staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and shopping, making our stay even more enjoyable.
