During my stay, there was a mix-up at the front desk about my room rate, but the manager promptly resolved the issue, reminding me to be clear about my booking and insist on what I paid for. The spa experience was exceptional, with Glenn as my therapist delivering one of the best massages I've ever had, showcasing great professionalism and expertise. Throughout my visit, the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent fitness center, and inviting pools made my time here thoroughly enjoyable.
