I was extremely disappointed with the service I received when I ordered donuts for my son's birthday. The order was written incorrectly by the salesperson who could not communicate do to his lack of understanding of the english language, Last time I looked our flag was still red, white and blue and we were in the United States of America. I don't know about your ancestors, but mine were forced to learn English after getting off the boat. It was a privledge to come to America. With the economy as it is our guys are out of work but it seems to me that most jobs are being filled by aliens. I never considered myself prejudice however, I am getting very tired of seeing jobsfilled by minorities both in the food industry and construction and our guys are out of work. Why is that? Anyway getting back to the point, my order was baked incorrectly and my son was disappointed.. I called the store and asked for the owner. I was given a number to call. I left a message and when no one got back to me I tonight. The owner treated me disrespectfully. I explained that I would appreciated him baking a vanilla number 1 and 10 for my son to be picked up tomorrw on his actual birthday. Thats all I wanted for the inconvenience of having to listen to my son have a melt down. He said he could not do it for 1/31/2010 and I asked can you do it for Sunday and he refused again. He told me not to call him again and stated "this isnt a matter of life and death, is it? I don't know how you would digest this but I can assure you I will never grace the door of the Dunkin Donuts in Washington Township again. I moved there 47 years ago. I wonder when did it become alright for customers to be treated like I was tonight?
