Ordered a child's birthday cake for pickup on 9/20/2021 at 5pm. The cake was not ready, and we were informed they don't make the cakes in store, they are brought in from a store an hour away. After going back an forth, waiting 3+ hours, we gave up on it arriving and went elsewhere. It is now 3+ weeks later and I have yet to receive my money back. On the rare time I can actaully reach someone, corporate blames the store, the store blames corporate. Never setting foot in the store again.

Pathetic! Only 5 flavors! "Someone lost our order!" is what I was told. I do not know who owns this BR, but I guess his goal in life is to go broke. This is the worst BR I have ever been to! Someone needs to take a course in "Business Management"!!
