As a frequent customer of Pita Grill, I have experienced a couple of minor inconveniences during my pick-up orders. It can be frustrating when they confirm their address when I call in to notify them of my arrival, as I should already be aware of it. Additionally, the service can be a bit slow, especially when opting for pick-up instead of delivery, but the quality of the food makes it worth the wait. Despite these issues, I appreciate that they offer substitutions like hummus or brown rice, and the flavorful dishes, such as the Cali hummus and chargrilled chicken, keep me coming back for more.
