Stay away at all cost! The employees are rude and hateful! The owner is like a child when she gets deserved bad reviews! They served me a burnt so bad calzone that it was completely black! My boyfriend got a pizza and the dough was RAW! That can make someone sick! Will be calling health department for that! They restaurant was filthy and 6 people just standing around in the kitchen scratching their backend! Filthy dirty and disgusting! Just keep driving by and go to Nee yorks famous next to Best Buy they treat you better !

Edit for the 3rd time today 10/26: very disappointed there has been no contact from establishment regarding my original review or feedback on their website. It seems that they will respond to a positive review but will not accept a bad one. Will not return or extend their name for service to anyone on bad customer service.

Original review 5 months ago: placed a large order (5 - 12 piece wings) about 40 minutes prior to close. Requested that they be "hot" style and did not have any sauce in them whatsoever. They were a plain fried naked wing with no taste. Everyone raves on how good they are and they were the best in Bay Co so I had to give them a try. Not impressed. Not sure about going back, I even sent them a review through there website and got nothing back in return.

Edit from July/August : after seeing other reviews and the feedback from the owner in regards to their orders, I am very disappointed that i have not heard anything back after spending $60+. I left FB reviews and messages and didn't receive any response.

THEY HAVE ALOT OF TURN OVER AS FAR AS EMPLOYEES GO. AND SERVICES ARE NOT GOOD EVEN THOUGH THE FOOD IS GOOD. THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE STRICT ABOUT THE WAY THAT THE FRONT END WORKFORCE ENTERACTS WITH CUSTOMERS.

Formerly gave a high rating. That changed today. I called to make a to-go order. It's not unusual for them to ask if you can please hold so I had no issue with that. (Red's can be rocking busy on certain days. And they can be worth it!) What I had issue with was I spent 22 minutes on hold as I listened to the woman running the register gossip & talk. I finally drove over to make my order & she had one table occupied & another watching the TV. The person running the register was standing at the sink away from the register. I told her I was the customer on the phone & I decided to make my order in person. Her response: she frowned, disconnected the call & stared silently at me. No apology. No "what can I get you?" No "hey, sorry we were busy." (Even though the phone was right next to the register & I heard everything that was going on.) Just a blank stare and a "don't start anything/I'm not in the mood" look on her face. Thirty minutes later, I got my partner's sandwich & was out the door. The only reason I didn't turn around & leave was because I promised to get lunch for my partner & Red's was all he wanted. Next time if he wants Red's he can get it himself. I've worked in the service industry. It's not easy work, but there was no call for poor service. It sucks when one person ruins an experience.
