Crooked Tail is a pawesome place to meet a new furrever friend or just grab a cup of joe. You can adopt, but they also welcome visitors who can't have cats and want to spend time with them, and people who just want to support what they do - they are even nice to dog people like me. Their partner Red Dog Farm is a great rescue and they take extremely detailed care of the cats, you can tell they are the real priority here. The entire place is just chock full of decorations, furniture, toys, etc. for their entertainment, and while I was here I've seen them administer and talk about medicine - they seem really professional and clean. There was practically no smell and what they charge (it is lower than most) clearly goes back into the care of the animals.
