When you see line like that you know people are waiting for something good, parked and waited about 30 mins , it went quick and they were serving people drinks inline, and I ordered my food and then I realized that it was worth the wait. I will come back again. The only thing which is no big deal is there is no dessert and most BBQ places have Banana Pudding. : (

I've only tried the slice beef sandwich twice and sausage once. Portion size was great, very tender, yea. I was disappointed in a few area's, smoke line was very little not giving much smoke flavor. I ordered the lean slice beef but it had to much fat, to me brisket fat is not that great. Sausage varies on each individual, I wasn't a fan, my son liked it, heat was perfect. Sauce was a little to salted. I think with a little tweaking the bbq could be good. Please, we need a good bbq place in the Rockwall / Royce City area.

I will visit again in 6 months, hang in there Mr. Sissions
