Traveling with an empty stomach can lead to wanting more than one can handle, especially when the Triple Crown's pub-like atmosphere draws you in with its NY sports team memorabilia and pristine dining area. The city chatter and thick accents of fellow patrons at the bar added to the authentic feel of the place. The nachos with chili were a delicious appetizer, and the Grilled Chicken BLT with perfectly fried French fries made for a satisfying entree. The Irish coffee with just the right amount of whiskey was the perfect end to the evening, despite the slightly higher prices typical of NYC establishments.
