What is wrong with these haters? This place is amazing. The food is incredible. The service might be a little grumpy but frankly I don't really give a sh-t, they are probably bombarded with Karens all day.

Went to a food truck rally and wanted Thai. Looked at their menu and the bourbon chicken looked amazing. Got it after being yelled at for the lady taking orders (who was wearing no mask) cause I asked her to talk louder over the generator. Food was disgusting. It was 8 hunks of freezerburnt chicken breast swimming in sugary suace with my rice floating around and looking for a lifeboat. Waste of $10. Could have gotten a better meal at Mcdonalds.

This truck is ran by a Thai family so you can't get any more authentic than that. The owners are friendly and the portions are decent for the price. Highly recommend!

Look. We went to Thai 1 On and while they offered us a friendly face, the food was far from friendly to our stomachs and wallet. I've never wrote a review for any food places but I just had to let people know that their food tastes like store bought frozen stir fry with an added spice from their said-to-be homegrown peppers. Idk if I can cuss on this review but this sh*t was garbage. Also there's an added level of ..dislike? (I guess is the word)- when the people serving the food seem to have no relation to the cultural scene of the food they are serving.
Long story short, I'm going to be in the bathroom for a while and am still hungry after not finishing this very bland "Thai food". Hope the owners do something else with their vision cause this ain't it.
PEACE AND LOVE THO

Their truck uses microwaves to heat up most of their food (which is made usually on Sundays in bulk and served throughout the week.) It's actually pretty much low grade Chinese food with an extra ingredient here and there to justify their "clever" name (which about 50 other places also use.) Not as much a food safety hazard (I hope) as it is a threat to your wallet and pallet. Microwaved shrimp and chicken is hard to hide. We threw most of it out after a couple bites. Never done that before.
