With a consistent line for good reason, the classic falafel here is crispy on the outside and moist inside, reminiscent of my grandma's, making it a legendary destination for the best falafel sandwiches in the world, where I enjoyed a satisfying falafel plate with tahini and pita for lunch, and found the shawarma to be exceptionally flavorful, though small, while indulging in delicious lentil soup and tea on a cold night, all within a cozy space that has been a beloved part of New York's culinary landscape since 1971.

Best falfel in NYC. Hands down! $2 is a great price too. They pump out falafels like a machine. There always is a line that moves fast. No real place to sit inside unless you want to get trampled a bunch but the park is right by.
