In early 2019, my family found a new home in Dublin through TRI Pointe. Our interactions with their team, from the sales office to the mortgage and customer service departments, have been positive and supportive. Opting for their in-house lender was a wise decision, as they offered valuable incentives that eased the burden of closing costs in Alameda county.
