Growing up on the East Coast, I've always heard about the legendary Rainbow Room atop the NBC/Rockefeller Center building, and attending my cousin's wedding reception there was a truly unforgettable experience. The elegance of the space, combined with breathtaking views of the New York skyline-including the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty-made the night feel magical, while the food, especially the baby lobster rolls and perfectly cooked beef wellington, was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of, which added to the overall amazing vibe of the evening.
