Had lunch here during the week and managed to snag a last-minute reservation with ease. The outdoor seating area is really charming, and the staff took great care of us throughout the meal. We shared the focaccia which was incredible-crispy, flavorful, and just melted in my mouth-plus, the pappardelle I ordered was perfectly cooked with a generous portion.

I had lunch here during the week and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to grab a last-minute reservation. The outdoor seating area has a charming vibe, and the attentive staff made the experience even better. The complimentary warm bread was fantastic, and the focaccia we shared was simply incredible-definitely a dish that melts in your mouth.

THis was our second visit to Amaranth. The first much better than the second. Food was good to very good each time, but the service last time was terrible. We had to ask for EVERYTHING from start to finish. Maybe because it was on the late side of lunch and we sat outside. Lots of Europeans which is great, but they were clearly getting better service! Its best asset is the location... for shopping Mad Avenue!! I wouldn't try it for dinner if our experience is the usual. Go to La Goulue where the service is professional.
