I stopped by Heartbeat for breakfast, paying $25 a day but receiving a $30 credit for food and drinks. While the breakfast was tasty, it was on the pricier side - but that's expected in New York. Despite being part of the W hotel, the bar surprised me with its bustling atmosphere, ample seating, attentive bartenders, and delicious truffle fries during a quick happy hour visit before dinner.
