My order of 12 cookies in Norman OK arrived with only 10 cookies in the box. Using facebook I contacted Insomnia Cookies and told them of my disappointment. In a short time I heard from their customer service via email. They apologized for the problem and within 2 days sent me an electronic gift card to use either online or at the local location. Good customer service to remedy a bad delivery.
