Looking for a great spot for delicious halwa puri? Be prepared for weekend crowds, but the $13 per person deal includes 3 puris, potato curry, chickpea curry, halwa, yogurt, mango pickle, and for just $2 more, you can enjoy some hot milk tea too. While improvements in wait times and cleanliness would enhance the experience, the exceptional quality and taste of the food make it deserving of full stars.
