I order the linguini with clam sauce ... call me crazy, but I don't think clam sauce should have sand in it.

The one star is for the Bar Pie and that's it. Everything else was horrible! The mussels were tiny, the sauce was disgusting, and the atmosphere was noisy and crowded. Yuk!!!

When i was younger i use to beg my father to go buy us bar pies now i wouldn't eat them if you paid me to. I wish they would cook like they did about 10 years ago!!!!I MISS THE OLD LEO"S

I've tried Leo's 3 times now over the last 2 years - each time a complete disappointment.

Your experience may vary, but at this point - 3 strikes, I'm done with it even though it's 100yds from my front door.

My first experience I went their with my wife, baby & parents. While we waited (for a while) in the cramped space next to the cheesy bar a table for 6 opened up and even though we we're there first they sat a group of 5 people who were behind us first.. clearly choosing to take the additional mouth than allow us to sit down with a baby seat. We walked out.

Second experience, the night was busy and we waited for 1hour & 10 mins for our food. No kidding! They apologized - they were busy, but too little too late..

3rd experience - ordered take out, spaghetti meatballs & some other dish. Picked it up (again negotiated the cramped area between cheesy bar & table for 2s - there really isn't anyway to stand in there). Got the food home only to find 2 golfball size meatballs.. I called up, was told that it was usual, and how much did i want to pay for spaghetti meatballs - quite argumentative really.. I said I rather pay $2/$3 more just to have a decent meal.

Anyway - I'm done with that place. Shame given it's proximity to me.
