After a tough workout at Buffalo Bayou Park, I decided to try the signature gazpacho and was pleasantly surprised by its unique and delicious flavor profile. The combination of sweet, salty, crunchy, refreshing, and spicy made it a satisfying meal replacement, and I couldn't get enough of it. During a recent visit with my family, we enjoyed the attentive service while sampling the diablito, mangonada, and cucumber - all of which were fantastic and fresh!
