Kossar's serves some seriously delicious bagels-soft and chewy, and the un-toasted ones are a game changer. Watching the bagels being made through the window adds a cool touch, and their variety of cream cheese flavors, including dairy-free options, really impressed me. The staff were super friendly, the service was fast despite the busy crowd, and the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel was just perfect.
