I had a great experience with employee Bianca, who provided exceptional customer service and showed impressive knowledge about coffee. She was quick, friendly, and respectful while taking orders and even engaged in small talk with customers. The coffee I ordered was surprisingly strong, much more so than what I typically find at other popular coffee chains, and the small size was quite generous. The coffee station was well-stocked and clean, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a cup of coffee on a budget.
