I visited NrGize at LA Fitness today and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of smoothie options on their menu, as well as the availability of food items like egg salad sandwiches. Despite not being a gym member, I was allowed entry by the LA Fitness staff to access the smoothie bar. The small-sized Strawberry Peach smoothie I ordered was delicious and the staff member assisting me was friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
