It's a shame that Dom's Bakery Grand has closed after decades of serving Hoboken and beyond. The bread they made was truly exceptional, showcasing the artistry of traditional baking methods. Dom and Flo Castelitto's decision to retire marks the end of an era for this beloved local bakery.
