Best bagels in town. Was great before. Then had a new team running it and it went way down. Now there’s a new owner again and these guys make a great bagel and a killer breakfast sandwich. So glad to have the great service and quality back, nice work!!!

Long wait rude owner

Arrived a few minutes prior to opening and observed the staff readying for the day. The person making coffee was not wearing a mask or gloves, handling the coffee filter and pot. The person filling the bagel bins used his bare hand to slide the bagels into the bins, while also not wearing a mask. Needless to say we left.

Went there for the first time and probably the last time I waited over 25 minutes for order that still wasn’t ready talk to a person who was there before us and he said he was there for 50minutes and was still waiting for his order we ended up canceling our order and leaving and going cross town to another bagel shop to get our breakfast and a few minutes later the person that we spoke to came walking in he ended up just leaving the place does a good business but they’re overwhelmed and they can’t keep up with all of the ordersAnd they have too many young people working who really don’t care about what they’re doing and if the orders are right no one was wearing hair nets or covering there long hair
