UVA serves some of the best Italian food I've had on the Upper East Side, especially their gnocchi and duck dishes that are packed with flavor. The cozy, authentic vibe makes it feel like you're dining in Italy, and the staff is usually friendly and attentive, even if the service can sometimes be a bit slow. Whether inside or in the quieter back patio, it's a solid choice for a chill night out with great food and wine.
