I discovered Taqueria Joshy thanks to a recommendation from my friend Josh. I tried two fajita and one pastor tacos with cilantro and sliced avocado, accompanied by red and green salsa and a wedge of lime. The salsas offered a nice level of spiciness, enhancing the flavors of the tacos. Despite its unassuming appearance, the food truck provides a seating area and restroom in an adjacent building, making it a convenient and enjoyable dining experience on Clinton Drive.
