I've been sticking to a specific diet for about 11 weeks already. This place whips up exactly what I'm looking for without breaking the bank. Their fried catfish on Fridays is seriously tasty - no weird aftertaste, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The staff really care about what they serve, and when I grabbed some take-out fish last Friday, it was fresh, tender, flaky, and had a nice crunch on the outside. The place was bustling with state workers during lunchtime, but I'll definitely return and bring along some friends next time!
