As fast as I'm concerned, this is the only place I will go in New Castle for pizza, wedding soup, or any good Italian food.

The food is great IF she ever gets your order right. We have ordered food here 8-10 times over the past year. Almost every time we go, either the food isn't done, (even though she tells you 45 minutes EVERY time you order), OR she completely forgets something from your order. ( our Ravioli on Easter day ) OR like yesterday, she completely forgot our order all together. We got there after an hour, she thought we ordered the tray sitting there, and then when I told her our order, she couldn't find it. Said she remembers taking it. She could make it now-It would be 10 minutes- I have played that game many times with her and stood there over 30 minutes waiting. And then asked if we were "first timers?" First timers ordering a pizza that we never got- yes. First timers having our orders messed up EVERY TIME WE ORDER- yes. "Last timers" ordering food from there EVER. Horrible customer service.
